Structures of the HBPLs 1 and 2. Both agents comprise a NODA-GA chelator being attached to the symmetrical branching unit via a PEG₃ linker. Whereas 1 comprises PEG₃ linkers for conjugation of the GE11 and c(RGDyK) peptides to the branching scaffold, PEG₅ linkers were introduced into 2 to enable a larger distance between the GE11 and c(RGDfK) peptide units.
