Values are mean ± SEM calculated from fits of the data from the indicated number of individual cells (in parentheses) to the Boltzmann equation: V1/2 midpoint potential (mV) for voltage dependence of activation or inactivation; and k slope factor. These values correspond to data shown in Fig. 2. No statistical differences were observed when compared with the control (DMSO). Data were analyzed with one-way ANOVA with Dunnett’s post hoc test.
