Values are mean ± SEM calculated from fits of the data from the indicated number of individual cells (in parentheses) to the Boltzmann equation: V1/2 midpoint potential (mV) for voltage dependence of activation or inactivation; and k slope factor. These values correspond to data shown in Fig. 4. No statistical differences were observed between groups except for V1/2 of activation. Data were analyzed with t-test with Welch’s correction.
