Schematic representation of immunization and testing scheme. Three groups of M83+/– Tg mice were examined in this study: mice injected with PFFs (disease group; PFF), PFFs and ACT (therapy group; PFF + ACT), and PBS (healthy control group; PBS). A gait assessment (Digigait) and MRI scans were performed prior to intramuscular (IM) seeding and at the end of the 12 week study period. Immunohistochemistry (IHC) was performed at 12 weeks post-seeding.
