ACT treatment prolongs survival in a mouse model of synucleinopathy. Overall survival was plotted to compare time to terminal state between the three groups of mice. ACT treatment shows increased time to terminal state (paralysis) for M83+/– Tg PFF seeded mice, compared to M83+/– Tg PFF only mice. Neither group survived as long as M83+/– Tg PFF unseeded (PBS only) mice.42 Mice were monitored for morbidity endpoints as approved by UF IACUC, and survival data were collected on these mice (PFF: n = 20, PFF + ACT: n = 12, and PBS: n = 20). Survival analysis was performed using log-rank (Mantel Cox) test. Statistical significance was determined at p value < 0.05 (*** = p < 0.005).
