NOOT supplementation ameliorates CCl4 exposure-caused oxidative stress in the liver tissues of mice. Mice were orally pretreated with NOOT at the doses of 5, 10, and 20 mg/kg/day for 7 days prior to CCl4 exposure, then, the levels of MDA (A), and the activities of CAT (B) and SOD (C) in the liver tissues of mice were measured.
