NOOT supplementation ameliorates CCl4 exposure-caused inflammatory response in the liver tissues of mice. Mice were orally pretreated with NOOT at the doses of 5, 10, and 20 mg/kg/day for 7 days prior to CCl4 exposure; then, the levels of IL-1β (A), IL-6 (B), and TNF-α (C) proteins in the liver tissues of mice were measured.
