Demonstration of TTF-1 assay specificity: TTF-1-specific antibody was tested in negative MCF7 (breast cancer), low A549 and H1703, (lung ADC and lung squamous cell carcinoma, respectively) and high H1975 (lung ADC) TTF-1-expressing cell lines. Individual cellular TTF-1 immunofluorescence signal is quantified and plotted. No specific staining was seen in negative control cell lines.
