Primary rat hippocampal neurons were exposed to terahertz radiation at an average power of 0, 10 mW (0.12 THz) or 50 mW (0.157 THz) for 30 min. The expression and localization of PSD-95 (green) was examined by immunofluorescence staining. Scale bar = 50 μm. Three independent experiments were conducted. The representative images were shown in A, and the statistical analysis were shown in B.
