Fig. 4 — The search identified 1891 papers across four literature databases. The title and/or abstract of 865 articles were screened using the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The full text was assessed for the remaining 360 papers plus an additional four found via manual snowballing. A total of 310 articles were then excluded based on pre-determined criteria with a further two studies unavailable. A total of 52 papers were then included in this review.
