Time series (left) displaying fluorescence recovery in the indicated protein droplets after a bleaching laser pulse and quantification (right). Tenfold less concentrated labeled protein (mNeonGreen-Bik1, Bim1-GFP, or Kar9-GFP, indicated with green letter fonts) was added to mixtures of unlabeled protein (5 μM each). Blue line displays fluorescence intensity over time of a single experiment normalized to prebleached droplet intensity, grey dotted line is a single exponential decay fitted to the recovery period. Half-lives (t1/2) of the fitted decay are given with 95% confidence intervals of the fit.
