Recommendations for Treatment of TAA With Statins

COR LOE RECOMMENDATIONS
2a C-LD 1. In patients with TAA and imaging or clinical evidence of atherosclerosis, statin therapy at moderate or high intensity is reasonable.1,2
2b C-LD 2. In patients with TAA who have no evidence of atherosclerosis, the use of statin therapy may be considered.3–6
