Effects of thymoquinone (2.5, 5 and 10 mg/kg) treatment on MDA levels in sciatic nerve tissues of mice. All the data are represented as mean ± SEM. Vincristine (VCR) was injected by intraperitoneal (i.p.) route, while thymoquinone (TQ) by oral route (p.o.). The duration of treatment lasted for 14 days.
