Immunolocalization of TGF-β1 and TGF-β3 in hepatocytes adjacent to inflammatory granulomas. Tissue sections from patients with CDC were examined by immunohistochemistry with either normal rabbit serum (A) or polyclonal rabbit antibodies to TGF-β3 (B and C), or TGF-β1 (D).
