Table 2.

The list of proteins distinguishing IUI from IVF cohorts. Those proteins were quantified in at least two replicates of all samples and have Wilcoxon test p values below 0.05. The protein intensities in the IUI and IVF columns are reported as medians with the minimum and maximum values of the log2-transformed aggregated intensity shown in parentheses. Log2 fold changes were calculated based on the median values and are reported as IUI/IVF ratios. Tissue expression data are from the Human protein atlas [20].
