The antioxidant activity of PEG-BA and BA using the DPPH assay. The antioxidant potential was assessed at varying concentrations (0.78–100 µM). The conjugate, PEG-BA, exhibited a dose-dependent antioxidant effect resulting in the highest antioxidant potential compared with ascorbic acid and BA-only.
