Relative abundance of solute binding proteins in P. aeruginosa PAO1 grown in LB medium or minimal medium with 0.2 mM and 1 mM Pi. Proteins were ordered according to their protein amount in LB. The ligands for these proteins were predicted by Transport DB [94]. The experimental determination of ligand profiles for P. aeruginosa PAO1 solute binding proteins largely confirms these predictions [38].
