Time course of TcsL cytosolic entry. In a 96-well plate, CHO cells (5 × 10⁴ cells/well) were incubated with TcsL (1 pmol) in a final volume of 100 μl, and bafilomycin A1 (1 × 10⁻⁷ M) was added at 10-min intervals from 0 to 180 min. Each sample was tested in triplicate, and CPE were determined at 16 h. The error bars mark the standard deviation from the mean.
