Compound DEA (1) increases Nrf2 translocation into the nucleus. (A) LO2 cells were treated with 10 or 30 µM compound DEA (1) for 8 h and then analyzed by WB to detect the level of Nrf2 in the nucleus and cytoplasm. β–actin and lamin B were used as internal controls. (B) GSK3β knockdown increased nuclear Nrf2 level. Keap1 and Nrf2 were blotted to control for the total protein levels.
