Sauchinone regulated the NQO1/NF-κB pathway in DSS-induced UC mice. (A) The levels of NF-κB pathway-associated proteins (p-p65, t-p65, p-IKB-α, and t-IKB-α) were detected by western blot. (B) Predicted target molecules of sauchinone (EGR1, GDF15, NQO1, TNFSF4, and UBD) are displayed in a Venn diagram. (C) Egr1, Gdf15, Nqo1, Tnfsf4, and Ubd expression levels were detected by qPCR.
