Research design of diagnostic prediction model for fungal keratitis. The workflow consists of eight main steps (including clinical data collection, clinical signs summary, manual assessment, collinear variables removing, different model development, graph knowledge, internal validation and external validation). These steps could be summarized in three components (Variables acquisition, model building and model evaluation), which described in the flow diagram.
