Antiviral effect of DAE on PRV in PK15 cells. (A) The inhibitory effect of DAE on PRV in PK15 cells. PRV (100 TCID₅₀) was mixed with an equal volume of DAE (0.0625–2 mg/mL) at 37°C for 1 h, and the mixture was overlaid on PK15 cells for 1 h before replacement with 2% DMEM. After incubation for 48 h, CCK8 assays were performed, and the results are expressed as the percent inhibition of the drug-treated group compared with the untreated group. (B) PRV copies in infected cells were quantified by FQ-PCR (****P < 0.0001, ***P < 0.001).
