(B) Clusters were characterized using known markers of pyramidal neurons (SLC17A7), interneurons (GAD1 and GAD2), astrocytes (GFAP), oligodendrocytes (OPALIN), microglia (CX3CR1), and OPC (PDGFRA). (C) Cell type clusters stratified into layers. Notice the enrichment of clusters 05, 07, and 08 in superficial layers 1 and 2|3 and that of cluster 03 and 13 in deep layers 5 and 6. (D) Characterization of interneuron clusters using respective markers. See Supplementary Figure 1 for other specific markers. (E) Bar plot depicting the proportion of each cell type cluster.
