Workflow of necessary steps in the radiomics signature analysis. The ROI in each transverse section was segmented on T1-weighted, T2-weighted, diffusion-weighted and dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance images. After three-dimensional reconstruction of the ROI, features were extracted, and selected via t-test.
