FU follow-up. aAt the time of reviewing the progression criteria, follow-up 1 data was available from 6 pilot schools. bThe average time point of follow-up 2 was 9 weeks after the lesson. At the time of reviewing the progression criteria, FU2 data was available from 7 pilot schools. cSome schools were asked not to complete FU1 but to only complete FU2 due to time constraints. Response rate was calculated for 591 pupils for FU1 (i.e. all randomised pupils in the six schools that FU1 data were available for) and 653 pupils for FU2 (i.e. all randomised pupils in the seven schools that FU2 data were available for). These were the only schools in which pupils were asked to complete FU1 and FU2, respectively, by the progression criteria review point
