MBP-EibA fusions. Broth cultures were grown and induced with IPTG, and whole-cell were extracts prepared as described in Materials and Methods. Equivalent amounts of cell extracts were fractionated by SDS-PAGE (8% acrylamide) and blotted to PVDF.
