Leukocyte‐depleted platelets produce 15‐HETrE. (A) Leukocyte‐depleted platelets were stained with antibodies specific to platelets (GPIbα) and leukocytes (CD45) and analyzed by flow cytometry to quantify the number of residual polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMNs) (CD45‐positive, GPIbα‐negative cells) in each sample.
