15‐HETrE inhibits platelet aggregation in response to different agonists. (A) Washed human platelets were treated with 15‐HETrE (10 μM) or vehicle (DMSO) for 10 min and then stimulated with increasing concentrations of collagen (n = 4–6, p = .0311), thrombin (n = 6, p = .0484), ADP (n = 6, p = .0007), or AA (n = 5‐6, 0.2720) in an aggregometer. Data represent mean ± SEM of the maximum aggregation (bottom panel) and representative data (top panel). One‐way ANOVA statistical analysis with Dunnett's multiple comparison post hoc test.
