Adolescent BMI calculated as age- and sex-specific BMI Z-scores and classified according to International Obesity Task Force (IOTF) references(3638).

Adult BMI classified as: underweight (BMI < 18·5 kg/m2), normal weight (BMI 18·5–24·9 kg/m2), overweight (BMI 25·0–29·9 kg/m2) and obese (BMI ≥ 30·0 kg/m2)(35).
