Competition ELISA with three conserved peptides derived from the DBL-α domain. ELISA plates were coated either with fusion protein G17d (A and B) or with fusion protein G41a (C and D). Sera that were positive with all of the fusion proteins were added to the plates after they were incubated with 0, 0.1, 1.0, 5, and 10 μg of peptide.
