Reovirus-induced upregulation of ISG transcripts in cultured cortical neurons is dependent on NF-κB p65 expression. Wild-type (WT) and Nsp65^−/− cortical neurons were adsorbed with 1,000 PFU of reovirus T3SA+ ISVPs or PBS. Cells were harvested at the times indicated, RNA was isolated, and transcript levels were determined by quantitative RT-PCR. Representative data from three independent experiments are shown.
