For example, ϕ+1 is the subjective value for −1₪ feedback, ϕ+1 is the subjective value for +1₪ feedback, ϕ0FF is the subjective value for the feedback combining 0₪ and fearful faces, and ϕ0NH is the subjective value for 0₪ + happy or fearful face. εX is the bias added for feedback combination X. For example, ε0FF is the bias term for neutral 0₪ feedback presented together with fearful faces, and εH is the bias term for happy faces.
