TNC tissues collected from mice used in Fig. 5 were conducted the following assays. a Protein expression of c-Fos, p-ERK1/2 and ERK1/2 in TNC was determined by Western blot with quantitative analysis of band intensity. TNC frozen sections were conducted co-immunofluorescence staining with c-Fos (red, b) or p-ERK1/2 (red, c) and NeuN (neuronal marker, green) antibodies.
