(A) In E3-TR mice, plasma apoE levels were negatively correlated with activity levels in the open field. (B) In E3-TR mice, plasma apoE levels were positively correlated with time spent in the center of the open field. (C) In E3-TR female mice, plasma apoE levels were negatively correlated with spontaneous alternation in the Y maze. (D) In E3-TR mice, there was a positive relationship between plasma apoE levels and time spent in novel arms of the spatial Y maze. In E3-HL mice these correlations were absent.
