Comparison of Aβ variants in SV analysis. Raw data with fitted Lamm equation solutions are shown in (A), (B), and (C) for 40 μM Aβ42, Aβ42 M35ox, and Aβ40, respectively, in 20 mM sodium phosphate buffer (pH 7.4) with 25 mM NaCl measured at 20°C and 60,000 Rpm. The resulting c(s) distributions after 1 h incubation are shown in (D). (Weighted average s-values for HMWOs can be found in Table S2.)
