Immunization with the OMV-based click vaccine generated protective immunity against lethal challenge with S. aureus Newman. (A) Mice (n=5) were immunized with OMV-Antigens, OMV-Antigen cocktail, Antigens mixed with 10% AHG and PBS as a control. Lethal dose of S. aureus Newman was injected intravenously 7 days post the third immunization and the survival of mice were monitored afterwards.
