Figure 3. — The vesicle structure of liposome-based nanoparticles. The PEG (polyethylene glycol) is a hydrophilic polymer that prevents the liposome from recognizing subsequent clearance. The polymer of the mashroom regime (low PEG density) consists of independent random coils of number Flory radius RF3 on the surface of the member. The polymer chain of the brush regime more mutually interacts and is densely packed. Also, it extends out from the surface of the membrane, forming a layer of thickness with a length of L.
