Secondary surgery is defined as revision extra-articular ligament reconstruction, total knee arthroplasty, anterior tibial tubercleplasty, distal femoral osteotomy, or high tibial osteotomy. The repair cohort had a higher survivorship compared with the reconstruction cohort (97.5% vs 92.2%; P < .001).
