A total of 1,207 patients with adequate MSCT data treated with transfemoral TAVI was included in this cohort; 451 patients with relevant LVOT calcification were identified. After propensity score matching, a total of 358 patients with/without LVOT calcification were compared. One-year mortality rate according to Kaplan-Meier analysis, red line indicates without (≤10 mm3) and green line indicates with (>10 mm3) LVOT calcification.
