The ratio represents the hazard of the outcome after the 2015 LAS revision with the prerevision hazard as the reference group. LAS category B represents registrants with pulmonary arterial hypertension. LAS category C represents registrants with CF. LAS category D represents registrants with ILD. Adjusted models included the following confounding and precision variables: age, sex, race, height, transplant type, ABO blood group, calculated peak panel reactive antibody, and ECMO at listing.
