All formulas are expressed per mole of carbon. Molar masses are provided in two forms. Mr denotes the molar mass of the empirical formula and is expressed in g/C-mol (Daltons). Mr(nc) denotes the molar mass of the entire nucleocapsid (entire viral genome and all nucleoprotein copies) and is expressed in MDa.
