PITX1 regulates EMT and cell adhesion of OS cells. A RNA-Seq was performed to identify the differentially-expressed genes (DEGs) between NC and PITX1-overexpressing U2OS cells. KEGG analysis was used to show the relationship of overlapping DEGs and pathways. GO analysis showed that the DEGs were enriched in extracellular matrix.
