Ki-67 immunohistochemically stained sections of LNZ308 tumors after irradiation. The cell proliferation antigen Ki-67 was used as a marker of cell proliferation. Tumors on right paws were irradiated on day 0 at the dose of 0 Gy (A and B) or 60 Gy (C and D). Photomicrographs of low (A and C) and high (B and D) magnification. Ki-67 stained tumor sections are shown at days 0, 1, 3, 7, 10, and 14 after irradiation (N = 1 each treatment group).
