CD11b immunohistochemically stained sections of LNZ308 tumors after irradiation. The integrin alpha chain family member protein CD11b was used as a marker of inflammation. Tumors on right paws were irradiated on day 0 at the dose of 0 Gy (A and B) or 60 Gy (C and D). Photomicrographs of low (A and C) and high (B and D) magnification reveal CD11b stained tumor sections at days 0, 1, 3, 7, 10, and 14 after irradiation (N = 1 each treatment group).
