Table 3.

Mean Certainty Index, CI, in percentage, for diverse ROIs and their attribution to a Vascular Territory. This table is organized as in Kim et al.18, for easiness of comparison. The ROIs are defined by the Automated Anatomical Atlas, AAL33. CIs higher than 50% are bold (colored cells in18). please keep the cell borders for all the cells, even the empty ones. The "100" in 15 x parietal is mispalced. It has to be at the cell below (row “PCA”, column Pr).

Abbreviations: Sl. no, slice nuber; Art, artery; P, posterior; M, middle; A, anterior; Cau, caudate. For the abbreviations that follow, see caption of Fig. 11. GFd includes GFds and Gfdo; GFs also includes Gfso; GFm also includes GFmo; GTs also includes GTps; GTm also includes GTpm; GFi includes GFio and GFit; LPi also includes GSM and GA. The slice numbers (13–24) are compatible with those used by18 to calculate CIs, and with the sections I-XII in6. These slices correspond to the template (JHU_MNI_SS)25 coordinates 56–127 mm, grouped by 6, from bottom to top.
