Effects of Fr. (c) on iNOS and COX-2 protein expressions in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 cells. RAW264.7 macrophages were pretreated with various concentrations Fr. (c) for 2 h, then was co-treated with LPS (1 μg/mL) for 18 h. The expression levels of iNOS and COX-2 were detected using Western blot analysis.
