Evaluation of thermal stabilization of SARS-CoV-2 3CLpro by Thermal Shift Assay (TSA) in presence of Boceprevir, GC-376 or Cpd 1 (40 μM). Thermal shift (ΔTm) was calculated by subtracting reference melting temperature of the protease from the Tm in presence of the compound.
