Eomes induces IL-10 production in CD4⁺ T cells but does not alter migration in spleen during acute infection. 2x10⁴ SMARTA CD4⁺ T cells were transferred into C57BL/6 mice, following LCMV infection as shown in Figure 2A . (A) Immunofluorescence staining with indicated antibodies and DAPI. An overview and single staining for representative B cell zones are shown.
