Anatomical images from a 71-year-old female were used for testing the deep learning model to segment the choroid plexus (a–d: T1,: e:T2-FLAIR). A 3-D U-Net architecture was employed to produce 3-D choroid plexus segmentations (f–j). T1-weighted images have been windowed specifically to show contrast between choroid plexus and ventricles, rather than gray and white matter.
