PLP domain is fused with NRPS, catalyzing dehydration of serine and forming a new C-C bond with FsqD-activated tyrosine. (B) ATRR (A-T-R1-R2) in choline biosynthesis. Two consecutive R domains catalyze sequential reduction to convert betaine to choline.
